Nomar ("Nomar," "we," "us") is an operations and systems consulting business operated by Nicholas Dona, registered in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect and how we handle it.

Information we collect

(1) Information you provide: your name, email, company, and any details you share when you book a call or correspond with us. (2) Limited business-contact information used for outreach: name, role, company, and a business email address, sourced from public and commercial business-data providers. (3) Basic, privacy-friendly website analytics (aggregate page visits), with no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and conduct diagnostic calls, deliver engagements, and send relevant one-to-one business correspondence. We do not sell your personal information.

Cold outreach and opt-out

We send one-to-one business email to professional contacts at B2B software companies. Every message identifies us, includes our physical mailing address, and offers a clear way to opt out. To be removed, reply to any message with "remove" and we will delete your contact details from our outreach records promptly.

Sharing

We use a small number of service providers (for example, email delivery and calendar scheduling) that process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not share your information for advertising.

Retention

We keep contact and engagement records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and delete outreach records on an opt-out request.
